Efficient site accommodation built for real project conditions. Our modular offices and construction cabins help teams stay organised, compliant and operational from day one – with rapid deployment and no compromise on comfort.
Practical Workspace for Fast-Moving Projects
Construction and infrastructure projects rely on spaces that can be delivered quickly, set up efficiently and used immediately. Modular offices and site cabins provide dependable on-site environments for management, meetings, welfare and administration – without the delays or disruption of traditional build.
Rapid Deployment
Units can be delivered and installed within 48 hours of site readiness, helping teams establish a fully functional base without long construction lead times. Factory-built and connection-ready on arrival.
Flexible Internal Layouts
Configurations can be designed to support site management offices, induction rooms, canteens, welfare zones, admin hubs and storage – either as standalone units or combined multi-module complexes adapted to your site plan.
Comfortable Working Environment
High-performance insulated panels maintain stable interior temperatures in all seasons. Triple-glazed windows, efficient heating and controlled ventilation make units genuinely comfortable, not just functional.
Scalable for Growing Projects
As site operations expand, modular solutions can be adapted to reflect changing team sizes and operational demands. Additional units can be connected to existing structures, creating larger complexes without rebuilding from scratch.
These units are designed to support practical daily operations across active construction environments – from project start to handover.
Dedicated workspace for project managers, site agents and engineering teams, with secure document storage and communications infrastructure.
Purpose-configured spaces for contractor briefings, health & safety inductions, client visits and project reviews – set apart from the main office floor.
Compliant rest and welfare facilities with kitchen areas, seating, sanitary provisions and adequate ventilation for working teams throughout the day.
Short and medium-term site accommodation for project teams working remotely, reducing daily travel and improving on-site availability during critical phases.

Centralised administrative units for procurement, logistics coordination, subcontractor management and day-to-day project administration.
Compact cabin configurations for gatehouse operations, CCTV monitoring stations and site access management at entry points.

Modular Offices & Site Cabins for Construction
No. While most modular site cabins are deployed for the duration of a specific construction project, they are structurally designed for long-term use. Many clients retain units beyond a single project, repurposing them on subsequent sites or establishing them as permanent ancillary buildings. Units are built to BS 3632 standard, which supports residential-grade occupation.
Yes. Internal layouts are fully configurable during manufacture. A single 20 ft or 24 ft unit can be partitioned to include an office workspace, a small meeting area, a kitchenette and storage – all within one module. For larger requirements, modules can be combined to create multi-room complexes with interconnecting doors, shared corridors and combined welfare and office functions.
Yes. Units are built specifically for use in working construction environments. The steel frame construction, robust cladding and floor load ratings of 200–600 kg/m² ensure they remain structurally sound under the vibration and physical demands of active sites. They meet CE certification requirements and are designed for ground-level or stacked (two-storey) deployment on levelled bases.
Standard stock units can typically be delivered within 48–72 hours of order confirmation, subject to site access and ground preparation. Units arrive fully factory-fitted — electrical wiring, insulation, flooring, windows and doors are all installed before delivery. Site connection is straightforward: power connection, levelling and anchoring. Custom-specification units require 4–8 weeks lead time.
Our welfare cabins are built to BS 3632 standard and include the facilities required under the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015 (CDM 2015) — including toilet and washing facilities, rest areas, first aid space, drying areas and adequate heating. We can provide documentation to support your site welfare compliance records on request.
Yes. This is one of the core advantages of modular construction. Units are designed for repeated lifting, loading and repositioning using standard equipment. ISO-compatible corner castings allow craning and forklift handling. A unit that serves one project can be cleaned, inspected, and redeployed on the next — making modular accommodation a cost-effective long-term asset.
