Process

Initial Consultation

A 30–45 minute phone or video consultation where we discuss the client's requirements, intended use of the building, project location, budget, and desired timeline. At this stage, we help the client identify the most suitable model from our range of standard modular buildings and discuss the available options and solutions.

Model Selection
& Site Assessment

Once the client's requirements have been established, we help select the most suitable building model and review the project location. We assess site access, ground conditions, utility requirements, building placement, and any relevant planning considerations. Based on this information, we prepare a preliminary proposal and project scope.

Contract & Deposit

Once the proposal has been approved, we proceed with the contract and deposit payment. The deposit secures the client's production slot and allows us to move forward with the project. Following receipt of the deposit, we finalise the building specification, configuration, and selected options.

Project Finalisation &
Manufacturing

After all specifications have been confirmed, the building enters production. Every stage of the manufacturing process is subject to strict quality control procedures to ensure the highest standards of workmanship and full compliance with the agreed specification.

Delivery & Site Preparation

Once production has been completed, we arrange delivery to the project site on an agreed date. The client is responsible for ensuring that the site is properly prepared and for arranging a suitable crane and crane operator for the delivery day. Delivery dates are coordinated well in advance to ensure smooth scheduling between transportation and installation.

Handover & Aftercare

Following delivery and installation, the project is handed over together with all relevant documentation. Our team remains available to provide ongoing support and aftercare, ensuring complete customer satisfaction long after the project has been completed.

Additionally, the client is responsible for providing suitable access for delivery vehicles and lifting equipment. Any delays caused by restricted access, inadequate site preparation, or the absence of a crane on the agreed delivery date may affect the project schedule and result in additional costs.
